We are going to begin introducing some vocabulary. Make sure you read, listen and repeat after for pronunciation. The following set of flashcards is going to show you some of the most important vocabulary we will need for this Unit.

Let’s take a look at this dialogue and how is the vocabulary is use in each sentence. Learn about Mariano's trip to the amusement park with his friends. In this dialogue we will learn about the daily routines of Susana and Jorge and where they would like to go on vacation. Then practice what you have learned to talk about your daily routine and trips you've taken.

Hola! Me llamo Susana. En los días de escuela me acuesto muy temprano. Normalmente tengo que despertarme a las seis. Antes del desayuno voy al baño para lavarme la cara y maquillarme.

Generalmente mi hermano Jorge se levanta tarde y pasa mucho tiempo en el baño. Se afeita, se ducha y usa el secador de pelo para secarse el pelo. Siempre usa mi pasta de dientes para cepillarse los dientes. No es fácil vivir con él.

Después de peinarse y vestirse, Jorge se pone una chaqueta para ir a la escuela. Está contento porque mañana vamos de vacaciones.

Para las vacaciones, mi familia y yo vamos a hacer un viaje. A mí me gustaría ir a la ciudad, pero Jorge quiere ir al campo.

Mamá prefiere hacer un viaje en tren y papá quiere hacer un viaje en barco.
