In this, our fourth Unit, we will have the opportunity to review some concepts from previous units before we get into our new topic. We can start reviewing preterite of hacer. After we go back a little, we can start working on our new vocabulary words about las vacaciones. We will also be working on reflexive verbs and present progressive. In this Unit, we will learn to talk on the phone, say where you went, how it was, what you did, and extend invitations. The last lesson of the Unit will be dedicated to exploring a Spanish-speaking culture and researching and comparing the culture with our own. At the end of the Unit, you will be working on a Unit project; this project will allow you to choose between 2 or 3 different options and to demonstrate what you have learned in the Unit with either a Powerpoint, Prezi, Essay, Play, Video, or Animoto presentation.
